However, to use with 10 gauge wire, the Fastronix Weather-pack Pin upgrade kit is needed. While the number of connectors in a pack depends on what is ordered, the kit can be used for marine electrical work and harness builds. The pins can be difficult to lock in place but once it is done, the connector is reliable. It is important to have a proper crimping tool to ensure proper installation, and the pins can be misaligned during installation.
