This product is advertised as a shampoo and conditioner in one and can also condition and color hair. It contains semi-permanent direct dye pigments, but it is not recommended for full gray coverage. Customers have had a variety of experiences using it. Some are experiencing great results, especially those who stopped coloring their hair after many years. This product significantly reduced the brassy fade that was happening with one customer's already colored hair, and fully transformed another from faded rose gold to a much brighter shade. The product is less successful on others, for instance, where the intended effect is not particularly noticeable or doesn't happen at all. The product works best on natural and pre-lightened hair. Overall, it has received positive reviews, particularly among individuals with highlighted hair, and many complimented how it brightens and emphasizes the natural silver and deep black in dark-haired people.
