Some customers have received used equipment which is disappointing, and some did not like the slots' size. However, in general, customers find it a great tool that works well and produces clean cuts. The thickness of the blade is adjustable, and it comes with a soft case, but some customers have upgraded to a hard case. The fence is on the front of the joiner, and the handle is on top above the cutter. Customers in Europe need to either buy a step-down transformer or buy a tool specifically marketed for 220v areas.
