The Gymboss Plus Interval Timer and Stopwatch is a durable and well-made product that is easy to use once you get the hang of it. The screen is easily readable, and it can be used for a variety of interval workouts. Some customers had issues with the strap quality and found the size to be a bit too large and obvious on the wrist. Others had trouble closing the battery cover and wished for clearer instructions. The vibration is fairly quiet but does make some noise, which could be a problem in a classroom environment. Some customers also experienced problems with the device breaking or the plastic start button falling off. Overall, the Gymboss Plus Interval Timer and Stopwatch is great for HIIT workouts and intervals but could use some improvements in quality and ease of use.
