This Chef jacket is a comfortable and lightweight garment that is easy to clean and breathable. One customer mentioned that the sleeves roll up to stay out of the way. It appears to run a bit larger than expected, but this can be remedied by ordering one size down. The neck part is comfortable for a big individual, and the fabric appears to be able to be dyed. Monogramming is not available, but an embroidery company can add USGC designs at a cost of around $29 for two items. However, it is important to note that the fabric is made in the USA and shipped overseas for assembly and sewing, so it is not entirely made in the USA. Some customers found the size to be off and had to order a size larger, while others found it to fit great.
