The adhesive boasts excellent strength properties and high adhesion to coated PP and PE materials. It requires a special ground agent called BASE PRIMER to increase the surface energy of plastics. The manufacturer recommends thoroughly cleaning and degreasing the surfaces to be bonded before applying the base primer. It can't fill any gaps between the materials so the surfaces to be bonded must be tight fit to create a robust joint.
