This generator auto start device operates at 24 volts and comes with a network cable and temp cable, but no battery cable. One customer had an issue with burning out the chip because it was set by default to 24V instead of 48V. Another customer had a unit that failed after 45 days and had poor customer service. Another customer installed the unit but it did not work properly as it would not start the generator automatically per the settings on the system. They had reached out to Sensata tech support but the issue persisted. Given these customer experiences, this product may not deliver on its intended functionality and customers may want to research other generator auto start options before purchasing.
