Measuring 35 inches in depth and 12 inches in diameter, the net collects large zooplankton and comes with a plastic vial and two collection bottles. However, some customers have reported issues with the strength of the open-loop ring on the harness and the aluminum ring sewn inside the sleeve breaking after a few uses. There were also complaints about the lack of instructions on how to mount the collection tube and the cheap quality of the product, with some preferring a much cheaper kid's net. One customer also noted that the collection container came without a storage lid and secondary filtration was necessary. Despite these issues, many customers were pleased with the product's effectiveness in collecting plankton from bodies of water.
