Racor Utility Hooks 00515 Editorial Review
This J-hook is a versatile and sturdy product that many buyers have found useful for various purposes, from hanging golf bags to storing tools in the garage. The hook is well-made and heavy-duty, with multiple mounting options. The product dimensions are 2.5 x 1.5 x 4.5 inches, and the inner hook dimensions are 1-3/4 inch, with a front to back length of 2-1/2 inch, and a depth of 1 inch. The self-tapping screws provided are 3/8". Some buyers have reported that the screws provided are too soft and tend to break off during installation. The weight limit of the hook is 40 lbs, but some buyers have used two hooks to distribute weight when hanging a cargo box. However, one buyer advised against using the hook for a hammock as it may not be strong enough to support dynamic weight. Overall, this J-hook is a reliable and practical product that is built to last.
