It has two parts: the first section nicely describes how the heater, grid, etc work together in different tube types while the second section is more about how to interpret tube specifications than how to create designs using tubes. Although it's obviously translated from Spanish, the book is a nice little resource with concise explanations and is a must-have when designing tube circuits for audio hi-fi applications. It may not be a perfect read and has some odd or complex English wording, but it's definitely a handy reference book to have.
