The bearings on the pedals are smooth and can be taken apart for cleaning and relubrication using regular bike tools. However, they do not have any holes to pass through toe clips. As a result, using them can be unsuitable if you frequently use toe clips when cycling. Overall, the MKS FD-7 Folding Pedals Silver are an excellent buy for folding bike owners.
