POWERMASTER Starters 9052 Editorial Review
Powermaster - Str Ultra Duty Chevy, GMC Diesel 1500,3500 6.2L, 6.5L 1982-'02 Black Wrinkle is an impressive starter that enhances performance and reliability. Users cite its ability to crank engines faster and smoother than OEM units. One reviewer noted that it significantly improved cold starts for their 6.5L engine, making morning starts easier. It’s also described as being much lighter than the original starter, which can impact overall performance positively. However, some customers mentioned complications with wire placement and longevity issues, particularly around the rubber components failing after a year. Overall, many seem satisfied with the engineering and effectiveness of this starter.
