It is well-built and has a heavy-duty, Consumer grade quality that makes it durable for long-term use. The optics of the fixture are very good, providing a wall-wash with no hot spots. The fixture can be mounted on a flat mount with 1/2" NPT threading. However, it does not come with a connector attached to the wire. The lumens provided are given in the seller literature. Overall, the VOLT Cast Brass 12V Round Wall Wash Bronze is a good investment for those with a relatively small area that needs illuminating.
