The Jane Iredale Eye pencil is a mineral-based eyeliner that comes in a variety of colors. It claims to have conditioning oils and waxes to help prevent your eyes from drying out. This eyeliner is certified cruelty-free and vegan, making it great for animal lovers. One of the biggest selling points of this product is that it stays on all day without smudging. However, some reviewers have had issues with it not being long lasting and running down their eyes within a few hours of wear. The white pencil is versatile and can be used to make your eyes look more awake and open. Although designed for eyes, it is gentle enough to be used on lips also. The range of shades is impressive, but some of the colors do not work as well as others. The Basic brown is a true brown whereas the black/brown is a very dark brown. The gray shadows effect left by the pencil works as a benefit in some situations but not always. Sharpening is required every 4/5 applications and some users are disappointed in the longevity of the product.
