The Linear Actuator Mounting Brackets are a good quality, heavy-duty product made of 1018 carbon steel. The steel is about 1/8" thick and the interior dimension of the bracket is 0.8". The clevis pins that come with the brackets are 1.6" in length and have a diameter of 8mm or 0.315". However, customers have experienced issues with the size of the pins and had to purchase new ones to fit their actuators. The holes on the bracket are 5/16" in diameter which can lead to a poor fit for some actuators. Customers have resolved this issue by changing the cotter pins or re-drilling the holes. Overall, the Linear Actuator Mounting Brackets are a good investment for those seeking to mount linear actuators securely and easily, but attention to detail is necessary to ensure the fit is appropriate for the customer's application.
