The AmScope A60X 60X Achromatic Microscope Objective is a high-quality lens that can fit onto any microscope that has a 20mm mounting thread. It is a DIN objective, which means that it should work with Amscope m158 that uses DIN objectives, as well as accept JIS objectives. Customer reception of this product has been mostly positive. Users find that this objective works great and provides good magnification, especially for clinical use, without the need for oil. Some reviewers even replaced their 100X oil immersion objective with this 60X air objective and found that it showed really good detail inside the cells at higher power.
