It comes with warning labels that can't be removed due to federal regulations, but they are conveniently located on the crotch restraint so that once the child is old enough to use it as a Nomi Chair, there are no warnings on the product. The seat is of reasonable size, and there have been no issues with size. The chair's design keeps it super stable—although a bit precarious for those who are clumsy. The smallest this seat goes is 20.4 inches (52cm) from the ground, and the highest position is 22.8 inches (58cm), necessary to use the crotch restraint and harness in the high chair mode. The assembly's weakest part is the lock, which is prone to break, but reportedly easy to replace.
