The Horse Jumbo 43" Foil Balloon is an excellent addition to any Western or horse-themed party. It has a self-sealing valve, making it easy to fill with store-bought helium. It may be filled with regular air via a straw but will not float. The recommended amount of helium for filling this balloon is around 2.5-3 cu feet. The bridle on the horse's head is red. The balloon is not labelled "helium," but the lack of such labelling does not seem to have affected its ability to be inflated with helium. Customer experience and reception: While some customers had problems with inflation and durability, others were happy with the balloon's quality and value. In particular, some reviewers noted that it was a great addition to their party decor, adding a fun and whimsical touch to their event. Those who had trouble with inflation or durability, however, had more negative reactions, especially when the balloon failed during a party.
