They come with an open diameter of 1.25 inches and a closed diameter of 1.125 inches, which perfectly fits standard bars used for Les Mills Body Pump. The pair of collars work well on smooth barbells and dumbells, and are sold as a pair. Customers vouched that the clamps would not get loose even if left on bars for extended periods. However, they may not fit into bars that are smaller than 1 inch, with one customer confirming that .90" bars were too small for them.
