The device is ideal for people who are travelling, as it is versatile and easy to use. Customer experience and reception: Overall, customers had mixed experiences with the Verizon Jetpack 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot. Some customers found that the device worked well and was versatile for travelling. However, others had issues with the device, such as it not working in their area, the unit shutting off on its own, and the device falling apart right out of the box.
