Infusible ink transfer sheets, baking paper, mugs and anything to put on the mug need to be bought additionally. The mug press has a preset temperature specifically designed for infusible ink and performs well, even for first-time use. However, some customers had issues with faulty devices and used or deactivated items. Some customers also complained about missing UK power leads and adapters.
