The DPTOOL Engine Alignment Locking Timing Tool is a tool kit designed to be used for timing BMW N20 N26 Vanos Cam Camshaft. The tool kit comes with cam alignment and injector removal tools that work well and are well-Constructed. The tool kit is reasonably priced and delivered promptly, with good quality. A master technician reviewed the product and found that the Camshaft tools were great, but the TDC tool got bent. The tool kit does not come with a flywheel holder tool which should be included, the Flywheel locking pin and oil pump sprocket bracket with shaft locking pin are poorly designed and need an upgrade. Despite this, the DPTOOL Engine Alignment Locking Timing Tool is of good quality, and the fit of the tool is tight with good tolerances, as reported by a satisfied customer who found the tool kit to work perfectly. Although the kit lacked two security/safety bolts, the tool served its purpose for a DIY project, and the customer found the kit to be less expensive than some other tools that did not work as well as the original factory designed tool. Another customer who replaced their N20 timing chain found that the DPTOOL kit surprisingly worked perfectly and recommended it to anyone looking to replace their N20 timing chain instead of spending hundreds of dollars on the official tool.
