The product is made in Germany, and it may deserve a Gold rating although package stated security rating 12/15. It is hard to disengage the lock collar with one hand so it is best used with both hands. It's weight is noticeable on the bicycle and listed at a little over four pounds. The useful inner perimeter is much less than 33 inches. It is bigger than a 12-inch U lock and it is strong enough to resist some bolt cutters but the U locks of similar price are lighter and more secure.Comes with bulky plastic connectors.
