It comes with a prewired low voltage cable and is designed to bypass hard water during regeneration. It's also easy to install and has rebuild kits available. However, it's not suitable for use in acid neutralizer tanks and doesn't come with a front dust cover, strainer, or nipple for discharge line. Some customers have complained about poor customer service and a lack of contact information from the seller.
