Silc Pig is a pigment that requires the use of a paint base for it to properly work. It comes in small jars that are overpriced and inconvenient to use because of the foil seal under the lid. However, the pigments are very vibrant, and a little goes a long way. They mix well and are very pigmented, making them perfect for creative projects such as painting realistic props or reborning silicone dolls. The product is compatible with clear silicone, the most popular being Dragon Skin. However, it does not work well with epoxies or clay. It is recommended that users wipe the surface clean with denatured alcohol before application for maximum adhesion. The pigments are made mostly of liquid pigments designed specifically for colouring silicone.
